Rules / Policies

Be respectful to all guests at all times.

No running in the lobby area.

Specialty socks must be worn at all times while on the playground.

No throwing balls.

Use all play elements properly.

Keep balls inside designated ball pits.

No diving or jumping headfirst into ball pits.

No rough housing or aggressive play.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No food, drinks, or gum on the playground.

No climbing or damaging safety netting.

Slides must be used properly, feet first.

Acceptance of Risk & Photo Release
Waiver

By the very nature of the activities, softplay can carry the risk of physical injury, the risk of serious injury, paralysis and even death cannot be eliminated. The risk of injury includes minor injuries such as bumps, scrapes and bruises as well as more serious injuries such as broken bones, dislocations, and muscle pulls. The risk also includes the possibility of catastrophic injuries such as permanent paralysis or even death from landings or falls on the back, neck, and head.

1. By signing this statement, the participant and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree and acknowledge:
- The entire risk of personal injury is assumed by the participant.
- Any claims, demands, liabilities or causes of action arising from injury are waived.
- The participant releases and holds harmless Clarksville Elite PlayZone LLC, its employees, agents, and staff.
- The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all associated parties.
- Clarksville Elite PlayZone LLC personnel waive any claim for injury caused in whole or in part by the participant.
2. This agreement applies to any and all personal injuries, accidents or events which may occur at any time while participating in activities at Clarksville Elite PlayZone LLC, including travel to and from the facility.

I certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and that participation for myself and/or my child is voluntary.

3. Photo Release

I authorize Clarksville Elite PlayZone LLC to use photographs and videos of myself and/or my children for promotional, training, and website purposes.
- No expectation of confidentiality is assumed.
- No financial compensation will be provided.
- No ownership rights are granted.
- I release Clarksville Elite PlayZone LLC, its contractors and employees from any related claims.
